DIRECTIONS: Mix 1 scoop (12g) into 300-400ml of water and drink 1-2 x per day 30 minutes before your workout.

Do not leave in direct sunlight as this may cause the colour to fade and damage on some products. Avoid contact with rough surfaces as this may cause pulling to the material on the active wear.
