How do I return?
• Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
• Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
• Please ensure you attach a photo of the faulty/incorrect items to speed up the process
• You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
Black Friday
There are a few things you need to know when purchasing over the period of our Black Friday Sale:
• Black Friday Sale is Sitewide
• Over the period of our Black Friday Sale from the 7th November - 22nd November 2024, all items are eligible for return/exchange. Please note: Refunds were not eligible for this sale period as our new return policy came into effect 29th November 2024.
What items can I return?
We accept returns for: Refund, Exchange or Store Credit.
You can return your items within 14 days of receiving your products.
• Items must be in original condition.
• Full priced items
• Please note: Outlet Sale items are unable to be returned for store credit, exchange or refund as these items are deemed final sale items.
• Items must be unwashed and unworn.
• Item must be sent back with a returns form including your order information, without the returns form, we cannot always correctly identify the customer and may not be able to fulfil your return request.
• In the original packaging with tags attached.
• For health & safety reasons swimwear must still have the adhesive plastic attached to bottoms & all tags attached. We advise to try on bottoms with underwear.
• ALL underwear & socks are non returnable or exchangeable. We will only replace these items if you have received an incorrect size, item or if the product deems faulty.
I have a faulty or Incorrect item?
• If you have recieved your order and there is a problem with your item(s), please send an email to our admin team at info@hinecollection.com along with a photo of your fault/incorrect and a brief description of the reason and our team will be able to assist you.
• You have 6 months from delivery of your item to submit a faulty claim. If the item is deemed to be faulty you will be issued a replacement item or store credit.
