Shipping

Please email info@hinecollection.com as soon as possible with your Full name and contact details used on the order, and we will resend you a confirmation email, as there could be a typo in your email add
New Zealand Orders will take up to 1 – 3 working days to be processed and to be dispatched. Once your order has been picked up & left our distribution center, it is now in the hands of NZ POST, you will be notified once your parcel has been dispatched. We have no control on the whereabouts once it has left the distribution center. If you require an update on your tracking please contact NZ POST for further information.
All international orders are sent via DHL. Order processing times are the same as domestic orders but shipping times will vary depending on the country you are ordering from. Once your order has been picked up & left our distribution center, it is now in the hands of NZ Couriers, you will be notified once your parcel has been dispatched. We have no control on the whereabouts once it has left the distribution center. If you require an update on your tracking please contact NZ Couriers for further information.
We are able to send to P.O Boxes for Domestic orders however, International orders sent by DHL Express are unable to be sent to P.O Boxes.
During the Christmas Period, Launch, Sale & Restock days please allow up to 5 - 7 working days for your order to be processed and another 5 - 7 working days for delivery.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit Cards, Afterpay, Zip Pay & LayBuy payments.
Unfortunately once your order has been placed we are unable to make any changes to it as it will already have started processing in our warehouse. Please ensure that your order details and payment/discounts are correct before placing an order as we are unable to adjust this once it has been processed.
At Hine collection, we act quickly in adjusting our prices in response to fashion trends and stock levels. Unfortunately we are unable to provide a refund on the difference of an item you purchased, that is now on sale. 
We understand sometimes circumstances change. Please send our friendly admin team an email - info@hinecollection.com and we will do our best to assist you. At times our distribution team are too quick that your order will already be in the process of being picked and dispatched and this means we won’t be able to cancel your order. However, if we are able to catch your order in time we will be able to advise and cancel your order as requested.
